By understanding your “why”, you will have values in your life, make you focus and make you feel passionate about your goal.

When you live your life with a sense of purpose, you begin living positively and start seeking out new opportunities. You start experiencing everything that you feel will make a difference.

Develop what?

The potential for development is so wide that you might feel a little bit discourage or disoriented.

To tackle this issue, you need to think about

  1. By knowing your self — who you are.
  2. Find out your own interest
  3. Identify your strengths and weaknesses
  4. Prioritise what is important for you right now

How to do it?

You need to visualize what kind of outcome you would like to. For example, i want to be successful person in my career after 5 years. Start taking notes what is the step to achieve it. Make it as tiny step. Don’t jump — it will make it worst. Tiny changes bring great results. Even you’re failed, its doesn’t effect much as “big jump”.

When you achieve it, you can always to increase the goal that you might feel confident enough. Make sure you have a schedule and your goals written down for you to see often, so that you can keep track yourself whether on track or not. focus just on what needs to be done over the next quarter — otherwise you might feel overwhelmed by the full picture and never get around to doing anything.

Finally, Good luck and be patient with yourself
